Preschool Gymnastics

Our Mission

360iGym Preschool Program's mission is to provide an outlet for productive play with focus on acquiring healthy learning attitudes for future success. The program facilitates the best learning environment for children by aiming to further a child’s physical development and coordination while teaching strength, balance, flexibility and discipline.

We believe that every child should experience gymnastics from a very early age. Gymnastics teaches preschoolers both physical fitness and learning skills. Gymnasts learn balance, flexibility and coordination, as well as listening, follow directions and interact with peers and adults.

Our young gymnasts use the scaled down gymnastics equipment to learn “real Gymnastics” through play. Classes are designed to keep the children’s attention and interest by teaching a variety of skills on different apparatuses, including floor, trampoline and beam. They enhance your child’s fine and gross motor skills, social skills, strength and coordination through the utilization of gymnastics equipment and obstacle courses that emphasize climbing, jumping, running and rolling in a fun and safe environment.

How to Prepare for Class

It is important to remember that no jewellery, sunglasses, hats, or street clothes are worn in the gym. Only proper gym attire (snug fitting shirt and shorts or tights) will be permitted. Students may jump either barefoot or wear special gym slippers.
