360iGym After School will pick up your child from their school and bring them to our gym. Children will have lots to do in our 25,000+ sq ft facility which includes a 60 ft long tumble track, an in-ground pit, bars, beams, full and mini tramp. Daily activities include open gym, art and group games.
We are excited to offer After School Program for Elementary School Kids. Only program that goes from 3:00pm to 6:30pm
After School program
Kid's Care is an After School Program to offer children ages 6 through 12 a safe, healthy and comfortable environment centered within the sport of gymnastics along with learning after school. A wide variety of activities will be offered including, Gymnastics, Arts & Crafts, Homework/Study Time, Games. School pick up time is around 2:35. Kid's Care Program ends at 6:30pm.
Instruction is offered for both boys and girls by USAG Certified instructors on equipment that meets USAG (United States of America Gymnastics) regulations. Rotations include trampoline, tumble track, floor, trapeze, bars, beams and vault.
Arts and Crafts
The children will be constructing arts and crafts projects to cultivate and enhance their creativity and individuality.
We have a large supply of craft materials including crayons, scissors, paint, glitter, glue etc.
The children will be encouraged to do their homework and study during their time at the gymnastics center.
Calm areas will be provided to accommodate those in need.
The students will have access to board games & puzzles as well as play games in the gym including relay races and finding their way through obstacle courses.
3:00 – 3:15 Arrive at 360 International Gymnastics
3:15 – 3:45 Snack, bathroom, games and activities.
3:45 – 4:45 Gymnastics Class
4:45 – 5:45 Homework/Quiet arts/craft time
5:45 – 6:30 Prepare for departure

What to bring to Care...
Please send your child with a peanut free snack and drink. For safety reasons, students should wear leotards, shorts and t-shirts, sweat suits or warm-up suits. No jeans, street clothes or jewelry please. Girls must have long hair tied back. NO GUM ALLOWED.
Fees/Tuition - Automatic payment only
School holidays and shorter months have been taken into account when creating the total fees. Therefore, regardless of the number of school days in the month, the fee has been broken down into equal payments for your convenience. A credit card authorization form must be filled out for admission into our Kids Care program. Credit cards will be charged on the 15th of the month prior.
*A one month deposit must be paid before the first day of Kids Care program unless entire year fees is paid in full.
This deposit will be applied to any month tuition if not paid by the 25th of that month. A new deposit must then be paid for the child to attend after school care Kids Care the following month. The deposit will be applied to the tuition for the last month of school, provided the account is current. Cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard are all accepted.
Registration Fee All students enrolling in this program will be required to pay a registration fee of $35.00.
1st child regular price
2nd child receives 10 % discount (excluding registration fee)
There will be NO refunds of monies paid. Please see the Withdrawal Section for information on the one instance where a partial refund may be made.
Monthly fees have been calculated on the basis of our start date to create equal monthly scheduled payments. School holidays and shorter months have been taken into account when creating the total fees. Patrons wishing to withdraw their child (children) from the program must notify 360iGym in writing no later then 30 days prior to the withdraw date. Failure to provide this 30-day advance written notice will result in fees due for the following month. No fees will be prorated for those withdrawing middle of the month.
Kids Care will keep a wait list once the maximum number of children has been accepted. If a space becomes available, patrons will be called in order from the wait list. Fees for students starting in the middle of the month will be prorated.
No Kids Care fees will be prorated for any reason. If a Kids Club space opens up mid-month, the first month’s fee will be prorated. Please see the section on Wait List.
Inclement Weather Policy
Loudoun County Public Schools Closed
LGC Kids Club will be closed when Loudoun County schools are closed.
Loudoun County Schools Delayed Openings
If Loudoun County schools have a delayed opening due to inclement weather, Kid’s Care will be open, regular hours.
Scheduled School Closings (full day)
Kids Care will be closed on all holidays and scheduled days off that Loudoun County Public Schools are closed. Please see list in this handbook.
Early Dismissal / Inclement Weather
360iGym Staff are not able to pick up students who have early dismissal due to inclement weather. If schools close early, our Kids Care Program will be closed as well.
From Loudoun County Schools where 360iGym is providing transportation
Students who will be getting picked up by 360iGym Staff must be at assigned area at the end of the school day. The driver will sign students in when they arrive at the 360iGym. Parents must sign a Transportation and Safety waiver. Parents are to review all rules with their children before they sign the transportation & Safety waiver. (Driver will have his/her driving history reviewed by 360iGym Management. Driver will have a cell phone available at all times).
From Alternate Locations
Participants who will be arriving at the 360iGym by way of other transportation need to arrive no earlier than 8am for AM Kinder Care, 11:30am for PM Kinder Care and 3:00pm for Kids Care.
* If the participant is arriving by public transportation, the parent/guardian must fill out the Public Transportation Authorization form. The children will then be released to sign himself/herself into
Kids Care. A parent/guardian is requested to call Kids Care on days the child (children) will not be attending.
* If the participant is arriving by private transportation, the driver will be required to come into the building and sign the child (children) into Kids Care.
Sign Out Procedures
Kids Care will require anyone picking up a participant to come into the building and sign out the child (children) out. This person must be listed on the Registration Form. All people authorized by a parent/guardian must be at least 16 years old. All authorized individuals will be required to show identification and sign out the child (children) each day. All additions or deletions to the authorized individual list must be put in writing and given to the Kids Care Director in advance. We appreciate your cooperation with showing us your identification as we request. We are determined to keep each child safe while in our care.
Parents will need to pick up their children no later than 5 minutes after their program ends. If you pick your child up more than 5 minutes after their program ends, a late pick up fee will be assessed and must be paid the date of lateness.
Late Pick Up
A five-minute grace period will be given at pick up time, however, after that there will be a charge of $10.00 per fifteen (15) minute, per child. After 6:45 pm. the fine doubles to$20 per fifteen(15) minute increments, per child. If you know that you are going to be delayed, please call 571-665-5825 and ask for the Kids Club Director.

The late pick-up fee MUST be paid by cash check or credit card before your child may return to the program. Payment is accepted at the front desk. Habitual late pick-ups (more then 3 times in one month) may result in the forfeit of your child’s spot in our program

Health and Safety
Any participant or staff member under the age of 19 must furnish documentation of age appropriate primary immunizations against Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Poliomyelitis, Measles (Rubeola), Rubella (German Measles), and Mumps.
Lice is a common occurrence among elementary school children. 360iGym follows the same guidelines as LCPS. Please notify us if your child has lice so we can take the necessary precautions. A letter may be sent home if multiple cases are reported.
Senior Staff at the 360iGym have USAG (USA Gymnastics) Safety Certification. Our staff is also CPR and First Aid Certified.
